Welcome! I’m Sophie, your Intuitive Movement and Wellness Coach.

Mother. Wife. Pilates Instructor. Former Actor. Overachiever. Londoner.

While I now have the joy of guiding women in developing kind, empowered, healthy relationships with themselves and their bodies, life wasn’t always this way for me… 

In fact, I spent years dissecting myself in the mirror and allowing how flat my tummy was, how close together my thighs looked, and whether or not I could do up an extra notch on my belt… to completely dictate my mood. Can you relate?

I’ve since learned that when you allow your body’s wisdom to guide your food and movement choices, you unlock the secret to living with total freedom and happiness. And I’m eternally grateful to now have this relationship with myself.

It’s my mission to share how to do this with you, so that you can break the cycle of letting your inner critic run wild, let your intuition take the lead, and live feeling at ease in your skin every single day.
